הקבינט המדיני-ביטחוני והממשלה יתכנסו לפני הצהריים לאישור העסקה.

לפי שעה לא ברור האם הממשלה תתכנס כבר היום או שהישיבה תידחה לצאת השבת.

רשימת כל המחבלים האסירים והעצורים הועברה אתמול בערב למשרד המשפטים. הרשימה תתפרסם ככל הנראה כבר הערב או מחר בבוקר באתר משרד המשפטים ובאתר משרד ראש הממשלה. לצד שם של כל אסיר יופיעו פרטי ההרשעה שלו.

ניתן טווח זמנים של עד 48 שעות מרגע פרסום הרשימות להגשת עתירה לבית המשפט העליון למניעה של יישום ההסכם.

בצה”ל ובמשרד הביטחון כבר נערכים להחזרת החטופים, והמבצע נקרא “כנפי דרור”. לוקחים בו חלק: אוגדת עזה, המנהל האזרחי, חיל האוויר, חיל הרפואה, בתי החולים ומשרד הבריאות, המשטרה, שב״ס ומשרד הרווחה.
